SERVICES
PATTERN MAKING

All patterns are made in digital format on CAD programme LECTRA Modaris. On consultation, important aspects of each style are discussed to determine the correct styling, fabrication, trims and end use. This consultation is important to ensure that the correct product will be produced with accuracy.
The Pattern making process will include the CAD draft of the First Pattern, sample preparation and assessment and finalizing of patterns which may include alterations. All pattern pieces are accurately labelled and stored in MDL digital format in the LECTRA programme. Each style produced is accompanied by Style sheet which includes all relevant information and basic Size Specifications.
Bespoke patterns can be ordered separately.
SAMPLES
Samples are always recommended to fit test the pattern for accuracy and balance. It is an optional service that is offered to all clients. Externally made patterns are accepted for sampling purposes only.
Our dedicated team produce high end quality samples from tee shirts to Lined Blazers. We have been together for more than 13 years and take pride of our reputation as quality manufacturers.
During the process of sample approval, final specifications are approved for production.

DIGITISING
Patterns made externally can be digitally input into the LECTRA programme for grading and storage purposes. Storing patterns in a digital format eliminates space clutter.
They can be accessed at any time for further work, be printed or sent as digital HPGL files.
Any size pattern can be digitized accordingly.
GRADING
Grading is the process of enlarging or reducing the size of the base pattern according to specified measurements or size charts. The CAD programme used is LECTRA Modaris. Based on practical experience and the information on hand . The patterns can be graded to commercial specifications or customized to suit Client requirements.
Once the process grading is completed, the required size curve is printed onto white marker paper and/or converted to a printable digital HPGL file.
Full size specifications can be ordered once this process is completed.

MARKER MAKING
Digital Marker making is done on the CAD programme Diamino. This process ensures efficiency, accuracy and reduction of fabric waste and consequently a saving in time and cost.
The markers made are paper printouts which are laid on top of the fabric to cut out the garments pieces.
These files can be converted to digital HPGL files for future printing and storage.
